Due to the differences in colour monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact colour or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen. Therefore, products cannot be refunded for this reason.
We will only refund any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
- Items purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for refund.
- No cash refunds, only online store coupons will be issued for out-of-stock items.
- Once a sale starts, the final price at the time of the sale will be the final price for refund consideration.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase.

- You will receive an online coupon valid for 1 month if the product (replacement) is not available or if you choose to use it later (no cash refund).

- The refund amount will be equal to the price at the time of refund.

- Pillow designs may vary due to the cutting pattern of the fabric.
